Official duty of Teachers at different hotels in Multan

Subject: OFFICIAL DUTY
As per directions of the Additional Deputy Commissioner (HQ), Multan received on 16-04-2020, the following teachers are hereby directed to reach the Hotel mentioned against the name of every teacher in the assigned shift and will be responsible for registration/ maintenance of data. The teachers deputed in the 2″ shift will perform their duties from today dated 16-04-2020. Mr. Rana Muhammad Adeel, Assistant Education Officer (EE-M), Multan is hereby nominated as supervisor for the overall supervision.
Note: All the Teachers are directed to ensure their timely presence in the assigned shift and leave the place/ Hotel only in case when the teacher of the other shift arrives and takes over the charge. No laxity will be tolerated in this regard.

You are, therefore, requested to direct the Heads of the concerned institutions to ensure the presence of teachers of their school at the place/ Hotel mentioned against the name on the given date & time.
The following precautionary measures shall be observed by the Teachers at the
Hotel;
1. Wear a mask during the whole shift.
2. Maintain a distance of at least 6-8 feet from others.
3. Avoid hand shaking and hugging with others.
4. Everyone must keep a Hand Sanitizer with him and apply it after regular intervals.
In case of non-compliance of this order, the concerned teacher will be held responsible and disciplinary action will be taken under the rules.
